The Copper Ridge Board of Directors has the option to contract with a professional management company to assist the Board of Directors and help handle the day-to-day operation of the community affairs. The current company, is Wise Property Management. The Property Manager is Chris Crain, LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager).
The Property Manager's Duties
~ Preparing and sending out the annual homeowner’s assessment coupon books.
~ Paying Association bills and maintaining accurate financial records of Association business.
~ Monitoring resident properties for compliance with the Rules and Regulations, and sending out violation notices when indicated.
~ Preparing contracts for use with vendors and contractors.
...and many other duties specified by contract and under the control and supervision of the Board of Directors.
