The term Copper Ridge Resident, when used on this Web site, is defined as a person or persons who live in a Homeowners' that is in the Copper Ridge community and that you or the condo's owner are Copper Ridge homeowners. The term Copper Ridge Homeowner is defined as a person or persons who own a residence in Copper Ridge and are dues paying members in good standing of the Copper Ridge Homeowners' Association, Inc. of Brandon, Florida. Many activities published on this Web site are open to the public, but some may be restricted to Copper Ridge residents or homeowners only, as defined here.
