Welcome to Copper Ridge!

Please put trash waste out only on the night before trash day.

Copper Ridge is located in the Brandon/Valrico area in Florida. It has 920 single family homes covering over 14 acres.

The community is maintained by five volunteer Board members that are voted by the homeowners every two years. They are assisted by a property management company that they hire to help with the day to day operations. The Board currently meets every third Tuesday of the month at the Farm Bureau on the corner of Mulrennan Rd. and SR 60.

The homeowners fees are due every quarter, but can be paid annually as well. The fees cover expenses to maintain the common areas within the property.

Parking on the grass at the Bus Stops PDF Print E-mail

Please do not park on the grass near the bus stops while you are waiting for your child's school bus. By doing so your car is destoying the grass and as a result the grass will have to be replaced at a cost to you through your Association fees. If this habit continues the Board will be looking into installing some sort of barrier so that the cars will be unable to park. The Board is continually looking into cutting costs and this is not something the Board wants to do.
