The Board of Directors has the option to contract with a professional management company to handle the day-to-day operation of the community affairs and facilities. The current company, in place since 1998, is Steling Management Services, Inc. The Property Manager is Gail Knight, LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manger). The Property Manager does things such as:

· prepare and send out the annual homeowner’s assessment coupon books,

· pay Association bills and maintain accurate financial records of Association business,

· monitor resident properties for compliance with the Rules and Regulations, and sends out violation notices,

· prepare contracts for use with vendors and contractors

and many other duties specified by contract and under the control and supervision of the Board of Directors.
