The 1st quarterly association payment is due on January 1st. If you haven't done so already please send in your payment soon. You don't want to be late.  Payments received on the 2nd will be considered late and will have an administrative fee added to your account. Anyone not paid after Feb 1st will be sent to the attorney without delay adding the attorney fees to your account. Want to pay now just click on the PAY BY CHECK logon on the right! You will need your coupon book with your account number to process the payment. Please note that payment will take up to four (4) business days excluding bank holidays to process. Please take this into consideration when making the payment by the due date.
