Please send your payment soon to avoid unnecessary fees.  Payments received on the 6th will be considered late and will have an administrative fee added to your account.  Anyone not paid after August 1st will be sent to the association attorney adding additional legal fees.  If you would like to pay now just click on the PAY BY CHECK logon on the right!  You will need your coupon book with your account number to process the payment.  Please note that payments will take up to four (4) business days to process, excluding bank holidays, so consider this when making the payment to ensure payment is credited by the due date.
